Membership Requirements

 Membership is open to all independent, private, non-profit schools and entitles you to all MISBO services and benefits. Submit the following for membership:

• MISBO Application 
• Copy of the school's IRS determination letter 
  [501(c)3]
• Tax exemption letter (if applicable)
• Completed Personnel Information form 
• Terms and Conditions (Must read an check the box on the application)
• $1.75 per student, with a minimum of $175
  **Join by June 30th and receive a 30% discount on your 2012-13 membership dues (first time member schools only.)
