He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business, emphasizing Marketing, Economics, and Psychology. He supports customers throughout the United States by helping improve educational outcomes for the best interest of children and staff. He manages the National Account Business, Military Division, Healthcare Division, and Cooperative Agreements, supporting programs to achieve positive outcomes for children and staff.

Lakeshore Learning Materials designs and manufactures high-quality, intentional materials and professional development, with the support of 700 educators on the team, to achieve student success. Doug follows the path of providing customers with the best outcomes, ensuring children receive the highest quality education, and making decisions through the eyes of children.

In his personal time, he enjoys being with family, helping those in need in the community, appreciating the beauty of nature, and participating in group bike rides.
