Lee Arledge

Lee Arledge has been in the employee benefits industry for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of Lee University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining USI, Lee worked for Purchasing Alliance Solutions, a regional employee benefits general agency, as a Broker Sales Vice President. As a Broker Sales Vice President, Lee worked with employee benefits agents and agencies across metro Atlanta and North Georgia where he provided expert insurance carrier and product advice, effective sales solutions and facilitated case implementation. As a Partner at USI, Lee has a strong focus of working and partnering with independent schools across the Southeast for their employee benefits needs. He believes that every dollar saved is an opportunity for schools to invest in other areas to benefit its faculty and students. He attributes his success in the insurance industry to his customer focus, attention to detail and building strong relationships. Lee is a native to Atlanta. He has been married to his wife Rebecca for 20 years and they have two children – Claire, 14 and Ian, 8. Outside of work, Lee enjoys being active in his church, spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
