Shelley Hinton

Shelley has been with Staples for 13 years and specializes in education. She has held many titles at Staples and has a passion for strategy and leadership, serving as a leader on multiple councils. As an expert in the education vertical, Shelley is able to act as a partner and consultant for both public and private schools. She and her team help customers streamline ordering processes, drive compliance, create standards, uncover opportunities for budget optimization, and more. The Staples team understands that student outcomes, employee retention, and reducing expenses are always top of mind in this space. Shelley enjoys being able to serve local schools and help to impact these goals. Her knowledge and expertise in this field have helped her to form many strong relationships with schools across the country.

Shelley lives in “small town” Alabama (Winfield), with her husband of 12 years and their three children. She enjoys serving at church and spending time with family and friends. She can be found at the ballpark just about any day of the week, cheering on her kids! She also co-owns their landscaping company, does commissioned art and design, and is learning photography.
