| 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM | Welcome - Torrey Williams Westminster’s Chief Information Officer will open the morning with an introduction to the school and an overview of the day’s agenda. |
| 10:15 AM - 10:35 AM | Data and Organizational Leadership - Keith Evans The President of Westminster will provide insight into why the organization has placed an importance on data and what it means for leadership to see this as a strategic priority. He will discuss how this priority permeates both the academic and administrative ecosystems of the organization. |
| 10:35 AM - 11:00 AM | Data and the Business Office - Toni Boyd Westminster’s Vice President of Finance and Operations discusses how data helps create a guide for day to day decisions as well as provides insight for future initiatives. She will discuss a couple of ways data has been used at Westminster to fulfill strategic initiatives. |
| 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM | Building a Data Warehouse - Michael Carroll The Director of Applications and Data discusses the journey to build a data warehouse, streamline reporting and data visualization, and plan for application integration. He will dig into some of the key decisions Westminster has made to design their data warehouse and what pitfalls to avoid along the way. |
