Meet the Speakers
Nicole Davis has been with Smith + Howard since 2012 and is a Senior Manager in our Tax practice. She is a member of the real estate and nonprofit teams.
David Lee has been with Smith and Howard since 2005. He is a Partner in the Assurance practice and a member of the nonprofit and employee benefit plan teams. He manages audits of many of the firm's nonprofit engagements, specializing in independent schools. David has participated in MISBO’s CFO Thursday Roundtable discussions, where he has been a speaker on the Paycheck Protection Program and takes part in discussions involving the independent school community. David leads the firm’s involvement with the Georgia Independent College Association, Georgia Independent School Association, and MISBO.
Sabre Linahan leads the firm’s nonprofit Tax Practice. She joined Smith + Howard in 2002 and works with many of the firm’s nonprofit clients, including independent schools. Sabre also works with a broad spectrum of privately held middle-market businesses. Sabre’s work includes technical review of the Form 990, guidance on ways to build the 990 into a more effective marketing tool and planning and consulting with clients as their organizations change and grow.

Registration
All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.
CPE Credit
MISBO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
