Gen Z and Faculty Compensation: Impacts and Implications

Your youngest faculty are members of Generation Z and their expectations about compensation, specifically, and the workplace, generally, are different.  What are these differences and how will they impact how we recruit, retain, and reward Gen Z faculty?  Join us for a look at the most recent NAIS data and a discussion about how we might realign finite resources to meet the needs of our newest colleagues.
