We will discuss how accurate job descriptions lead to successful employees and why performance evaluations are vital for retention in this uncertain job market. The Business Office and your HR Team are two of the best allies you have in your organization - we will go over a few strategies to make sure that you are using the correct language to help them - help you!

Meet the Speaker

Tom OwenbyTom Owenby serves as the Director of Facilities at the Porter-Gaud School in Charleston, SC. Porter-Gaud enrolls approximately 1650 students and includes 20 buildings located on 95+ acres over three campuses. He received a MS in Facility Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of West Georgia. His undergraduate degree is a BS in Physics from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. His credentials include: PMP, CEFP and LEED (AP).

Registration

All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.


CPE Credit

MISBO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
