Legal Issues That Arise in Locker Rooms

Using some high profile locker room controversies for context and examples, we will explore some of the common problems and legal issues that arise in locker rooms in independent schools. We will discuss harassment, bullying, and issues related to gender identity.

Meet the Speaker

Heather BroadwaterA graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and experienced attorney, Heather Broadwater advises employers as a Senior Employment Attorney at Stanton Law. Heather helps employers operate their businesses in compliance with applicable employment laws. She also works with independent schools to help them pursue their missions in compliance with applicable law and consistent with the core values that define each school.
