In this session, Bob Bittner from OperationsHERO will share best practices creating and maintaining a sustainable PM program. With over 40 years of experience in facilities management, Bob will share valuable insights into asset tracking, when and how to schedule PMs, team assignments, and leveraging (sometimes free) technology to optimize your PM program. This session will provide practical advice on starting small and scaling up your PM initiatives, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation process.

Bob Bittner, resident expert at Operations Hero, has extensive experience in facilities management, spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and education since 1978. Former director of energy and physical plant for Wake County Schools, Bob retired twice before joining Operations Hero in 2021. He also runs a handyman business, serves his community, and enjoys his six grandchildren's sporting events.

Registration
All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.
CPE Credit
MISBO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
