Tom Murphy is the Director of Finance and Operations for Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Harpeth Hall enrolls 725 girls in grades 5-12 and has a tradition dating back to 1865 with its predecessor schools. Tom has nearly 30 years of experience working in independent schools including previous assignments at St. Paul’s Episcopal Day School (Kansas City, MO) and Brookwood School (Manchester, MA). Tom currently serves as the Chair of Captivated Health. Other volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE), faculty member for the Business Officer Institute for NBOA, and the AISNE Employee Benefits Committee. When Tom has a free moment, he enjoys picking up the racket and playing pickleball.

Egda Chirinos is the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Miami Country Day School, bringing 18 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and human resources. At this leading independent, coeducational school serving over 1,380 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, Egda plays a role in managing employee benefits and payroll, ensuring the faculty and staff are well-supported. Before joining Miami Country Day School, Egda worked at the YWCA of Greater Miami for about 7 years in different roles from Daycare Assistant Director, Accounts Payable to Human Resources Generalist.

April McCabe is a Senior Client Consultant with Borislow Insurance. A Florida State University graduate, April brings over 20 years of benefits experience and holds certifications and designations in Employee Benefits, COBRA, Health Care Reform, and Self-Funding.
