Your Sponsorship

- Number of reps included:
- Gold sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives
- Silver and Bronze sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative
- MISBO will confirm and register your rep(s); please do not register online
- Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches
- Lists will include name, title, organization/school, city, state, and school size
- New this year - exhibit tables will be provided at this year's event

You are invited to attend everything listed below! We encourage you to participate as much as possible. Sit in on the sessions and round table discussions, and chat with attendees during lunch and breaks.

Sunday's Reception, Dinner, and Opening Session will be held at the Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel (information below).
All sessions on Monday and Tuesday will be held at Woodward Academy.

- Woodward will provide bus transportation to/from the hotel.
- If driving, enter campus at the main entrance on Rugby Avenue and the parking lot will be on your right.

- Discounted self-parking rate of $32/night
Exhibit Tables
- All sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs at Woodward Academy
- No linens provided but tables look nice (linen-free hotel) - you may bring a table cloth if desired!
- Complimentary WiFi
- Display guidelines
- Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
- No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
- Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)

- Gold Sponsors: Full page - 5”w x 8”h
- Silver & Bronze Sponsors: Half page (choice of landscape or portrait)
- Portrait: 2.375”w x 8”h

SPECIFICATIONS
- Ads will be printed in color
- Ads must have a border or edge; they cannot bleed off the page
- Ads cannot contain the MISBO logo without written permission
- Submit as high-res PDF or JPG

Mentions on MISBO's social media are included with sponsorship, with the quantity dependent on your sponsorship level.
