What is a MISBO Vendor Analysis?

The MISBO Vendor Analysis uses our proprietary system to compare your current vendor list to our current partner list. We can perform a vendor analysis for both MISBO members and schools who are curious about joining! The report will provide the following information:

1. Partners you are already working with and the savings you have realized. (current members only)
2. Partners you aren't working with through the MISBO Purchasing Consortium, and the potential savings you could realize.
3. Recommendations to switch from non-MISBO vendors to MISBO partners to realize potentially more savings.

Step 1:

Email your Accounts Payable spreadsheet (no clean-up needed) to

Susan Kimmel, Director of the Purchasing Consortium.

Step 2:

Attend your follow-up meeting with Susan Kimmel.

Step 3:

Receive the report and follow-up action items.

Step 4:
