Information for Attending Representatives

Your Sponsorship

  • View the Sponsorship Grid to see all benefits and opportunities for each level
  • Number of reps included:
    • Gold and Silver sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives
    • Bronze sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative
    • MISBO will confirm and register your rep(s); please do not register online
  • Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches
    • Lists will include name, title, organization/school, email address, city, state, and school size

You are invited to attend everything listed below! We encourage you to participate as much as possible. Sit in on the sessions and round table discussions, chat with attendees during lunch and breaks, and of course be available during the times listed as "Coffee Connections with Sponsors".

Exhibit Tables & SEt-up

  • All sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with linens, two chairs, and complimentary Wi-fi
  • Exhibit tables will be in the Grand Magnolia foyer, along with breaks and beverages
  • Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
  • If you need AV or electrical complete this form and send directly to hotel.
  • Setup window is on Sunday from 12:00 - 5:00 pm

Find Your Table

  • Enter through the main entrance or side door and find the MISBO registration table upstairs in Sterling Hall 
  • Staff will direct you to your exhibit table

Attending representatives are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Discounted Rate:  $209 per night

Cutoff date:  January 13th

Check in:  4:00 pm

Check out:  12:00 pm

Cancellation policy:  48 hours prior to arrival

Rooms reserved within the hotel block include:

    • Complimentary wireless internet
    • Group room rate available 1 day before and after the conference, based on availability 

Shipping to the Host Hotel

The following information must be included on all packages to ensure proper delivery:

  1. Send the package to the attention of the guest and "MISBO Conference"
  2. Make sure all packages are in c/o of Sales Manager, Juliana Meinecke
  3. Hold for arrival date (2/2/2025)
  4. Limit the delivery of packages to three (3) days prior to the event 
  5. The costs for pallets are $50 each

To ship from the hotel:

  • FedEx and UPS picks up daily from the hotel. You will have to schedule your pick-up in advance.

All sponsorships include the inclusion of an ad in our program book!

AD SIZES

  • The printed program book size is 5.5” x 8.5”
  • Gold Sponsors: Full page - 5”w x 8”h
  • Silver Sponsors: Half page (choice of landscape or portrait)
    • Portrait: 2.375”w x 8”h
    • Landscape: 5”w x 3.875”h
  • Bronze Sponsors: Quarter page - 2.375”w x 3.875”h

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ads will be printed in color
  • Ads must have a border or edge; they cannot bleed off the page
  • Ads cannot contain the MISBO logo without written permission
  • Submit as high-res PDF, EPS, or TIF

Social Media Shoutouts

Mentions on MISBO's social media are included with sponsorship, with the quantity dependent on your sponsorship level.
